What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

The snow was heavy and we could not receive a signalon our TV. I tried the web site shown on the TV screen, I follwed the instructions and five minutes later the
signal
had been restored, what an excellent service, very well done
SKY
.
