Numerous "Factory resets" have not worked and so it must be "an error at Sky's broadcast centre or Arqiva's multiplexing centre".
How can we feed back to them and get it corrected?

COM5 is low power but being received AOK. However, I cannot receive any COM6 channels.

COM5 has disappeared since the changes at the end of September. I have re-tuned on numerous occasions but none have been successful.
Strangely, COM6 which is a slightly weaker signal than COM5 is coming through loud and clear.
Any suggestions please?

I get Freeview from Mendip and Sky News (Channel 82) has disappeared today. I have re-tuned but this has not solved the problem.
