I have retuned my TV without and then with the aerial cable - this has sorted out my BBC4HD problem

I to have had the same issue as Bob - on 14 07 2018 my TV and Free View recorder stopped receiving BBC4hd and other channels from 106? for BBC4HD onwards
My aerial was replaced in 2012 it has not fallen of the roof so I hope that's ok
any ideas would be great
