Retuning 4.3.20
This has caused the complete loss of ALL BBC channels (BBC1,2,4 News etc). I have retuned on 3 different sets and the results are the same - ok on Ch3,Ch4,Ch5 but not BBC.
Have just spent 40mins on the phone to Freeview who don't really understand the problem but will book an engineer in 8 days time!!!! I wanted to know what the aerial orientation should now be and whether a new aerial is required. If so why the hell should I pay for several new aerials?
Freeview need to fix this and fast - there must be several hundred people in this area with the same problem.
NB Manual tuning is not an option.

What's Happening?
Stanton Moor seems to have lost HD signals from Wed PM onwards. Have re-tuned my set top box and all other signals are there.
