It's a little confusing as to what is the best Transmitter would be the most suitable for my address. My Postcode is SS7 1JR That is for South Benfleet Essex.
Now as of late last 8 weeks or so I keep getting Picture Break Up and sound problems on my TV. I have had a look at the web site details. I also have been in touch with the Help Line F.View No 100.
Can you please confirm. 1.The best Transmitter would be the Crystal Palace one. Also what Frequency, I think it is 23. Now what seems to be happening is. I have a Digifusion FVRT 145 box that I use to get the Free View programs. It has two tuners so I can watch a program eg. Ch4. and whilst watching that I can record a for example a program on BBC 2. The box also has a facility for me to look at the aerialsignal strength. Also there is another function that indicates the ERRORS. So I am using the set up to watch a program and then after while the picture and sound starts to break up. If I go on to the where I can see the signal level and look at the error content I find the Signal level has dropped considerably and the error box is virtually fully red. Thus indicating 100% errors. Also the to selected Frequency has changed from the selected 23 to another frequency. Both originally 23 now for example Rec. 1. has gone to 25 or 21 and I have to use the Freq.+ or Freq.- buttons to reset them back to 23. Can you please send me an email with the possible reasons for the changing Fr. that of course causes the picture and sound to break up.
