I suddenly cannot get ITV or Channel 4. We ive in London SE23 - Crystal Palace transmitter. Aerial is on roof and until yesterday we had practically no problems with reception. Use a Talk Talk Freeview box. Help!

My Freeview box has suddenly dropped most channels - I now get 20 including BBC 1, 2, 3 ITV 4, Yesterday, Film 4 and a load of shopping channels. What can I do?
