My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

For five days I have not been able to get the ITV, 4, 5 group of . Started with a " not available" message. I retuned the set (Samsung) and channels 3 - 8 were not found. Am on (my Postcode LE67 2SG) never had a problem before. The channels located have excellent .
Have tried retuning over five times to no avail.
Why do I now seem unable to tune to this ?
