I am also in North Devon, and I have found channels move around each time you rescan. But my BT Sports 2 channel disappeared on Aug 30th. Sports 1 is fine?

Geral Lennon:: Success! Long process, but I lined up my arial, with the aid of Google Earth and local terrain, with the Kilvey Hill transmitter. Then followed the suggestion on here of scanning without the arial plug in, wiping the memory. Re-scanned, and there was my BT Sports 2 channel back, along with 125 others.
No factory reset ..Bliss!

Q - I get BTSorts 1 fine, and until Aug 30th, 2013, I got BT Sports 2. Short of a 'factory reset I've tried everything bout cannot BT Sports 2.
Bt say it is an arial problem not a software one? Does not sound logical. The Wenvoe transmitter is aprox 90deg angle to my clear line of site across to the Welsh coast(Kilvey hill?) when set up by the engineer.Is that still the best position? I get 122/130 channels.
