got SAMSUNG PS64D8000FUXXU two weeks ago. since then I've fot some similar issues as you guys with certain freeviewchannels. I was unable to receive itv and all hd channels. I have a 50'' Lg tv and everything is fine in this model. Samsung engineer told be that my new build-in tuner is more sensitive for any signal disruptions than previous lg.
Now solution! I've noticed that signal is getting better when I'm actually moving a cable connected to my outdoor antena (roof antena facing CP, 100% signal on LG tv). for some unknown reasons now I'm able to receive ALL channels without any disruptions when my cable is touching tv back cover! (signal boost?) Good old brown tape solved the problem :). Not ideal I know but at least it's working now. Error-bit is still high (around 1600) but with 35% signal level (on HD) everything is fine now.
Try it. It might help you as well.
