ps i believe its because im pointing a directly 2 transmitters
as i live in the bs13 area

well thanks a lot jb38, i was getting very bad reception problems and didnt know what was wrong the one day i took a look at the connection on the end of the aerial and found it had rusted up, so i changed it and stupidly did a rescan witch resulted in not just getting a better signal but also getting the unwanted signal from the other transmitter, but i wont be rescanning unless told too buy the bbc ect, and at least i know how to do the manual scan when i need to do so,

David Robbins, FM and DAB use the VHF spectrum i don't know who/what uses the HF band in-between MW and FM though.

Are these stations going to move to other multiplexes or are they just going to disappear?

Is this mast going to transmit the extra Hd channels in the future? If not i may pay for my arial to be turned around. (51.4127,-2.6071)

Thanks Dave, So no chance of them ever being on this relay? would it be worth me truing to turn my aerial around next year as some people in this area do have there aerials pointing at mendip but with them transmitting at a lower power i might not get them? (51.4127,-2.6071)

Thanks a lot for the advice Dave, if they revoke the licence for the frequencies would that mean that the channels would be withdrawn on other platforms too like freesat, virgin and sky? (51.4127,-2.6071)

im getting duplicate channels problem is the weaker ones are stored in the correct places and the stonger ones are stored in the 800s i do i resolve this
