i have retuned my tv 20 plus times and still keep getting invalid service on channel 15, film 4 went to 791 and now thats saying if i see this messege on channel 15 please retune, what is happening and how do i sort this out

i live in hereford but get my signal from glouster, i have lost film 4, i have tried everything from retune to complete reset, and still cant get it, i just keep getting a invalid service messege on my tv, HELP!!!!!
