Wait and see what happens next month after switchover and higher powere starts.
Gainsborough is in Lincolshire so I do not understand why your aerial is not pionting at Belmont which is allready high power from today I beleive. I'm in Leeds region and Belmont is out powering my Emley Moor here.

Dave take it back for a replacement or money back.
Sounds like your supplier might not like that so get him to demonstrate to you it is not faulty.

Hope you get it, I would be happy to get Panasonic to update my older Freesat TV.

Note to Web site owner I'm not getting ".. minutes ago" correct.
EG Helen's post of Sunday is shown as 7 minutes ago.

Helen just to clarify is it an old OnDigital box you are using?
I thought these got killed off at switch over if not killed allready by changes to the transmission specs.

I contacted DigitalUK and complained about this extremely powerfull Belmont ch 22 getting all over the country and upsetting the local BBC programs by installing BBC Look North Lincoln.
They said nothing to do with them.
So who is responsible for the power and radiation og Belmont?

Well in that case I will blame the box/TV set makers for not making the equipment user friendly.
Your right we can take steps to make it right manualy but can the normal Joe Public?
I bet many stuck with Look North Lincoln who are not in Linconshire area.
People want plug and play things today.
I still think someone made a bad decision somewhere.

Was in 2 locations last week in East Midlands. Chesterfield and Crich and both got the now powerful Belmont BBC programs, just like at home in West Yorkshire.
Driving home yesterday had local radio on and the top man was on explaining things, he was stressing Virgin and Sky will not be effected, he said it more than once with never mentioning Freesat.
How strange he does not know Freesat exists is this the general view of Freeview Digital UK people?
