Right still no joy. after following every bit of guidance stated i am still without ITV, C4, 5, E4 etc

Now, as well as being without the channels mentioned above, I've lost the EPG. This is hugely frustrating and as no one seems to have a solution gods knows when it'll be fixed :(

Is this Digital switchover some sort of Rupert Murdoch masterplan to get more people signing up to Sky?
Still no joy. Every bit of advice on here so far gas proved useless. Can anyone shed any light on why so many people from Nottingham are losing out over this switchover?

Brianist,
The single frequency interface page hasn't solved any of the issues. Is there any advice you can give on this. It does seem alot of Nottingham based people are suffering similar problems since the 13th and point people at one page or another isn't helping.
This situation is hugely frustrating - is there any real advice you can give me and the rest of the posters on this thread?

Where can I get the kHz frequencies for the channels I'm missing?
I'm happy to try this and see what happens, although no joy yet.

Hi I am in NG7 and have the same issue as Helen above.
without:
ITV1
C4
5
E4 etc
