I've now checked my post code in the Freeview HD checker and it states that Freeview HD is not available where I live. Guess I'm too far away from the transmitter.

Took my freeview box back to the shop and said it was faulty - got a replacement and now get all HD channels. Thanks everyone for your advice

I live in NR34 7PG and get TV from Tacolneston and can not get HD. I've restored to factory settings and manually tuned. Ch62 just says "no signal". Any ideas?
