So i take it those of us in the Taunton, Wellington area are not to have BBC for the foreseeable future then as no one seems to be taking us seriously about there being a problem?
Ive tried all the channels you suggested to others but nothing is picking up, I've set the tv back to factory settings, there's just no BBC channels!

We have one digital aerial put up a few years ago for just our house to use and only one tv connected which does not need a digital topbox. I have reset the tv again back to factory settings this morning and still nothing. Ch49 is red and showing around 1mhz for signal quality and grey with around 2mhz for signal strength. Ch48 has no signal quality at all and the same signal strength as C49. ITV3 works but is not the best picture the same with QVC, in fact all the stations seem much weaker than before. I have channels starting from ITV-ITV3 (3-6) then nothing till Pick tv on 11. Really don't know what more I can do to get back the BBC channels and the quality back on the others!

We have a panasonic tv which we have reset to factory setting almost on a daily basis to try and gain a signal, we have tried manually retuning channels 48 & 49 both showing nearly no signal or quality, we have a single aerial on our roof which was only installed a few years ago. We live in Taunton and had no problems before the 27th.

As Taunton seems to be having such issues and no one is taking it seriously I'm going to have to get used to watching BBC channels on the iplayer!

To Michael Perry, I have taken your advice and contacted the BBC reception, lets hope someone can at long last help us in the Taunton area.

We have no BBC channels in Taunton, have reset the tv back to factory settings and still not picking up any BBC channels. Have just asked friends in Taunton and Street and they have no BBC channels either. We had a new aerial so sure this is not the problem, please sort it out!!
