After two weeks of no tv , total group has finally turned up to check my system and then tells me " oh theyre working on the at " well whens it gonna be finished " dont know" why havent we the customers been told about this work before having to phone service providers and customer services in other country's ?
Im with bt vision at the moment but wont be at the end of the week !! Lost business .com
