I can't find any other way of getting notification of comments about the Dover Transmitter

Several times since Chrystal Palace Digital Switch Over, messages appear informing that new TV Channels are available & suggest a re-scan.
Does anyone know where one can find information regarding what the changes are each time?
Due to the height of my block I have to manually tune all 5 of my receivers (TV, DVD, PC & 2 x PVR) to prevent reception from other transmitters.
This is only worth it if the changes are relevant to me. I'm not interested in data & chat channels (& most of the TV channels to be honest, the guy who sang "57 channels & nothing on" was a prophet for our times).

I to would love there to be dedicated surround radio stations, preferably with AAC coding and not the dreadful Dolby Digital. The recent experiments on BBC R3 from the Southbank being a step in the right direction, even if they were dependent on HTML5 & the Interweb.
With regard to listening to Radio via Freeview, I typically listen to over 25hrs a week via Freeview. Well not listen directly I have a Freeview tuner in a PC which I use to record the radio, which I then process & put on the iPhone to listen during the daily commute the following week. Podcast sound quality being so dreadful (trust me I'm a Broadcast Audio Engineer).

The Codec the BBC is using works very well, however on a Mac it's operation is extremely rigid. Using an external multichannel firewire sound card, despite what the Apple web site says about setting up the Speakers, this Codec sends Lf to Ch1, Rf to Ch2, C to Ch3, Lr to Ch4, Rr to Ch5.
Also, and it may be down to the age of my AV Amp, if the Mac's optical out is used the audio is down mixed to PCM stereo. nb DTS surround files play fine via this method.

The channel list above shows channel Nos until 4th April, the what they will be from the 18th April. But does not tell us what they will be from 4th to 18th.
I have found that even though I re-tuned my PC based Freeview recorder, none of the progams in my timer list have been recorded since 3rd April, I suspect this is because several TV & radio channels now appear twice in my EPG.
