Hi for the past 3hrs my sky box keeps saying searching for listings and if I click out from it it's saying it isn't getting a satellitesignal. Can this be to do with snow on there as I live on high ground. My friend tried to remove it with a brush but couldn't reach but I experienced the problems before he tried this
