Have not received any help with my query re excellent freeview but no HD channels reception on my Samsung HD LED with built in freeview.
I am in EN11 area which I presume is Crystal Palace which is broadcasting HD.
Could it be a fault with the TV which is new? Could my Virgin box create interference?
Are my wires crossed? I am female and not a techo so am a bit confused.

Well I thought so as it is fully HD not just HD ready

I recently bought a Samsung LED HD tv with built in freeview - connected to my roof aerial. I can receive the freeview channels with no problem but not the HD channels.I cannot understand why. Do I need a new aerial?
Also have Virgin box and can get HD through that but am not keen on continuing hence the HD tv purchase. Please help
