Corin: maybe you should actually know what you're talking about before you comment...

Ray Wilcock: Why exactly are you putting your telephone number on the internet...?
If both TVs have no signal then there's obviously a common fault - likely in the distribution of the signal - do you have a booster/amplifier/splitter? Less likely is the aerial itself, and even less likely is the transmitter - if there was a fault with Winter Hill this website would have more than just you complaining...

Trevor: Every single transmitter has had HD channels from the switchover. Either there's something stopping your box receiving UHF channel 60, or the box is not a FreeviewHD box - have you tried manual tuning in DVB-T2 mode?

Stevey B: MotorsTV (along with BBC News HD, BBC4 HD etc) is transmitting on the com7 multiplex which requires Freeview HD equipment to be received, and you may also need a wideband aerial if you have a grouped one currently. Try doing a manual retune on UHF channel 33.

Tim: Click on Digital UK trade to the right of your post - you'll see that you only get the 6 multiplexes available from the 80 full Freeview transmitters, and not com7 from its 30 transmitters.
Freeview HD boxes should support internet connectivity, so if you really want MotorsTV connect it to the internet and go to channel 240. If not, at least you now have HD channels and a somewhat futureproof box!

Matthew Pigg: Get a FreeviewHD TV or box (not Youview) and connect it to the internet.

Matthew Pigg: if you know the model number, have a look at motorstv.com/freeview and see if it's mentioned on there. If you can see the data channels and it is connected to the internet, then 30s later ch 240 should come on.

Bill: Signal strength is good, but what about the bit error rate for the HD channels vs SD?
Also, when you go to menu > channels > manual store (then digital), what UHF or frequency numbers does it give there?
