Briantist: the Panasonic freeview hd tv in lounge will not tune in to CITV but the Samsung in the dining room does . Both sets are on the same aerial . Any ideas on what is wrong would be appreciated

Karen , I have the same problem , lost ITV 1 , C4 ect & I am on the Sudbury Suffolk transmitter, so the fault must be widespread

Did another set up this morning & all channels are back so it defiantly was a wide spread fault, nothing to do with how you went about a retune.

I eventually got ITV C4 ect back but now they are pixilating & freezing . It seems that channel 41 from Sudbury is only showing signal quality of 2 now . Why cant they leave things alone when all is working well !!!

digital uk have finally come clean about the sudbury problems & say they are sorry but some of us will have to wait until june 20 2012 why is it when every thing was ok they ruin it & make a lot of us wait to have it put right after paying to upgrade aerials ect.whoever was responsable should be sacked
