I receive my signal from Tacolneston.
I am in North Suffolk and TV zone is 'East Anglia'.
ITV1 HD gives the news and weather of 'Meridan'
All the rest appear OK.
Any ideas please.

George Buchanan: Go to Menu/System settings/other settings and ensure that 'Power Search Mode' is on and then save.
Leave unit on standby over night and following day you should see the channels on the end of your channel list.

Most days a request appears on the screen to update FW for new channels. Is this normal?

I have a FortecStar HD STB. Requested info on CH4HD They issued Manual Scan details (TP freq, LNB polarity, Symbol rate etc) These are then saved and a scan run.
Failed - no sign of the new channel.
BBC1HD was installed manually OK but by selecting BBC HD initially and then the manual scan.
Any clues.
