I'am missing various channels on my communal aerial. Is it the Council that looks after this. Some of the houses in my area are bought and some are rented from council?

It seems to be com7 that I'am missing channels from. Any ideas. The signal strength I get from the communal aerial is 100%.

Is the attenuator the same thing that Virgin Media put on your Superhub to reduce the Power Levels. I have a spare 4db attenuator or will I need a larger number.
My Post code is G14 0YE, I fall under the Blackhill Transmitter for Central Scotland.
I have checked my TV and this is the levels Im getting for some of the channels I checked.
BBC 1 Scot (001) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 80%
BBC 2 Scot (002) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 80%
STV (003) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 80%
BBC 1 HD (101) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 76%
BBC 2 HD (102) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 76%
Sky News (132) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 72%
E4 (28) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 80%
BBC News SD (132) - Signal Quality - 100% / Signal Level - 79%
In my back garden there is a manhole cover, which has coaxil cable in it, think this might be the cable coming from the Communal Aerial.

Hello, I set the channel to C32/562.0Mhz and nothing is showing, no signal/quality.
So the issue must be with the communal aerial. Think I'll buy an outside aerial and fit that. Been looking at the SLx 27895K4 4G Digidome Outdoor Aerial.

Hi jb38, I checked BBC One HD (101) and the channel number is 40 (see picture link below), so the Communal Aerial must be pointing to Blackhill.

Im going to to pickup an Outside Aerial and fit that instead.

Update folks.
Purchased the Aerial recommended by jb38, installed the aerial pole on the wood fascia of my house, mounted the aerial on top. Had 25m cable ran that through the window just to see if it picks up all the channels, it did, noticed that Sky News 132 Quality/Strength was only 25/28. Once I know it was picking up all channels I cut the cable and fed it through the hole in the wall I made. Noticed that the Sky News 132 Qualtiy/Strength was now 59/68, so having longer cable does not help quality. Ive also added a booster.
So thats me got all my channels that Blackhill transmit.

Blackhill is still showing as Weak Signal. Purchased a new TV and cannot get some of the HD channels, BBC News HD, Al jazeera HD, etc.
