It is a communal aerial and I must check with neighbours but the whole installation was fitted ready for digital switch over 1.5years ago by a reputable company, so I hope the correct aerial was used. Polarization could be another issue. I have to investigate both further. Thanks Mark and Dave,I'll be in touch.

I can't see the aerial on the roof. Had a good look. Most other houses have visible aerials. I have asked the agent to find out from the landlord the installing company and hopefully discover the aerial type and polarization.

I have lost Film4 and ITV4 on freebies. My. TV is a Panasonic. TX _L42U3B. I have eliminated cable problems within my flat. I receive UHF change.21,22,24,25,27 ok. I believe Film4 is on channel 33. Manual tuning picks up nothing. I have 3 other devices with freeview and the problem is with all, even after isolating each independently. My postcode is PO21 2RJ. Any help will be gratefully received.
