Time to swap Freeview channels?

Is it where i live bingham had a very good singnal from for all then we had the the problems i encounted on the retune pumping a stronger to my reciever which took the bbc & itv spaces on mymote be the midland channels where on 800+ numbers but no dave etc so later on after retuning and R.T.M.and retuned again sorted the channel slots right with the remote and having done this several times still no dave etc what has someone have to do to rectify the problem from the tranmitter people are recieving dave etc
