My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

As of 19th April my Humax digi box has lost all
channels
& says 'no or bad
signal
'. I've tried the retune above. We were using a signal from
Crystal Palace
, should this still be OK?
