have had for 14yrs. the and brackets are mainly made up of rust. tried to get them to replace them but they wanted to charge silly money. as the was poor i canceled with them. had loads of offers since but i refuse to pay any more to them as they have had more money than i want to think about.any way i have been useing the sky for .then last week they spoke to my wife on the phone asking my wife are we still useing the box and what make of tv we have. she told them and a week later all are signal is gone. no freeview.can sky do this ?

its not the quote to sort it out. its the case that when i asked them about renewing the as its made of rust. dish,brackets and mount.even when i up graded to + they have not changed it.even thou i told them the was poor and a very low signal. after 14 years of paying £18-£23 you would think it was the least they would do. of course as we all know as a customer you get no support with out paying for it. and have to cancel you to get any offers/upgrades.
