Ofcom moves to protect Freeview interference from 4G mobile dev

I have been looking for a reason why, when switching on we get a degraded picture and "no signal" on all chnnels . After about 10 minutes everything is ok. I have a n outside aerial with a mast head amp plus a distribution amp in the loft.
Since switchover everything has been fine until 2 or 3 weeks ago. I have checked everything exept the amplifiers and can find nothing wrong.
I have now read the stuff on G4 interference. Could this be the cause? My post code is LE16 8RQ and we receive from Waltham.
Or could it be a problem with the Panasonic TV that goes when the set is warmed up?
I would be grateful for any ideas

Thanks jb38. There are 2 possibilities. One is your helpful suggestion re high pressure. Ch 29 is out of group as far as we are concerned and high pRessure is a is a possibility. The other is the lelandii trees in next doors garden which lie between us and Waltham although Com4 is the only mux affected, so I suspect you are right as it is only over the past weeks of summer weather that the deterioration has taken place leading to in effect a shutdown. I was wondering if the footprint of mux com 4 has been changed as often happens without telling the public. Your site in Stanford is about 15 miles away but in different direction relative to to Waltham.

Full technical details of Freeview

Re my earlier posts on reception issues with com4 from Waltham. Freeview insist I should be on Sandy although locally in the village (Drayton) everyone is on Waltham, and I have seen your comments on computer predictions. Also the Sandy Heath map on this siteshows the Welland Valley LE16 8 RQ in shadow. How can I force a terrain plot for my location on the Sandy Heath page to see if I am in line of sight to Sandy?
Up to now I can only do this to Waltham which your site says is my correct Transmitter.
