Crystal Palace (Greater London, England) Full Freeview transmit

I have new TV with a built in
Freeview HD
receiver
but as yet cannot get HD
channels
. My
transmitter
is
Crystal Palace
and i believe the
power
level is low from the HD mux. Is this so and will it be increased when
digital
changeover occurs?
