I am having to retune in TW15- Crystal Palace mast- but can find precisely zero signal. I am in a strong signal area, so use an internal aeriel. This has not been a problem, before, but, is the whole of CP down ?

Is the ITV transmitter undergoing upgrades. I cannot reach ch. 26 or 22. Que pasa ?
