I have an existing satellitedish, an old sky box and newer sky+ box. I no longer subscribe to sky so am receiving freesat.
I have the twin cable (used for sky+) running from the dish to the front of the house where I have the sky+ box and large flatscreen TV , then a single cable runs from there to the back of the house to the older sky box (not sky+) and small TV. Both work fine like this, but we wanted to switch the TV"s round (leaving the sky boxes in their original places, as that is the only way) and having done so the small TV works fine in the front but the larger one says - NO SIGNAL BEING RECEIVED - we have done all the obvious check with the cables, double checked switched the TV"s back again, just to make sure everything works ok (which it did!) but when the bigger TV is attached to the old sky box and the smaller one to the sky+ only the small one works!
Why is this? Can you help?
