Yesterday (11 May) we had perfect reception and had experienced no problems - but, while watching a programme on channel 1 at 12.30 p.m we suddenly lost everything with a caption appearing 'no signal': this was the response on which ever channel we tried to view on freeview, and analogue TV gave only a fuzzy pictures. Nothing restored today!
We have checked all cable connections: our aerial is on the roof - out of reach. The green light still shows on freeview box.
Can you please advise?
