What is the _local multiplex on aerial group C43 (650.0MHz)? According to the table "How will the Sandy Heath (Central Bedfordshire, England) transmission frequencies change over time?" on this webpage its been available since 2011. I've never got any signal on this frequency, but I get strong signals for every other multiplex (I'm in post code CB25).

Just out of interest, what is _local on Ch43? I can't find an explanation on this or any other webpage.
