An update on the two 'new' entries on 11082H:
50320 is now showing TJC Choice.
50325 is now showing Ahlulbayt TV.
TJC Choice and Ahlulbayt TV are both currently on 11224H, so 50320 and 50325 look to be mere targets for transponder moves.
I do wonder if they get cheap carriage on 11082H, the weakest transponder on ASTRA.

GIM or G-MAN is running with empty or non-existent SI tables again.
The following xml table dumps were produced by the TransEdit TS Analyzer.

The PAT is changing every few seconds.
The PAT is essentially just a list of SIDs followed by PMT PIDs.
