ASTRA/BSkyB Diffs:
GOD Channel changed transponder from 11265V to 11568V.
Encrypted streams 9245 and 8306 appeared on the Channel 4 transponders 10714H and 10729V.
I can see from the associated teletext subtitle streams that 9245 is Channel 4+1 and 8306 is E4.
Presumably they are the ROI versions - as on 12304H.
There appears to already be 10 Mbps spare on 12304H - enough, after these transponder moves, for Channel 4 HD and 4seven perhaps:

Freesat Diffs:
GOD Channel has changed transponder on Freesat from 11265V to 11568V.
Freesat are late with this transponder move as GOD Channel changed transponder on ASTRA on 31 May.
That would explain the reappearance of 'GOD Channel' on 11265V as '52126' on 01 Jun as Freesat would have been left with a blank screen:

FAME TV returned to BSkyB 452.
Babenation changed transponder, moving from 11427V to 11582H.
New in the SDT on 11427V is FTA HD service '52580' - but no actual streams yet.
Absolute (BSkyB 0107) changed transponder, moving from 11224H to 11582H.
11224H is now empty apart from an SDT entry for digital radio sound service Rainbow.
