ASTRA/BSkyB Diffs from Wed 04 Oct 2017 18-01 to Thu 05 Oct 2017 18-01:
BSkyB finally got around to implementing the Transponder Move for QUEST and Quest Red that Freesat carried out a week ago.
As is their wont, they have neglected to delete the now useless test entries from the SDT.
6454, of type 2 'digital radio sound service', appeared in the SDT of BBC transponder at 10803H. The Running Status for 6454 is 1, meaning not running.
The transponder at 12461H, that was cleared and removed from the NIT yesterday, is now carrying the multiplex with TSID 2005, currently carried by 11798H.
This was taken from 12461H, but the bitrate program thinks it's off 11798H because it reads the TSID of the multiplex from the PAT and gets the parameters for that TSID from the NIT:

Freesat Diffs:
TWR has changed transponder on Freesat, moving from 11686V to 11224H.
Consequently, 11686V was removed from the Freesat NIT as TWR was the only Freesat service on that transponder:

PTV Global was taken off BSkyB.
WRN Europe has changed transponder from 11686V to 11224H.
WRN Europe dropped off Freesat on 19/3/2013 but still had the Freesat streams mapped to it. I wondered if the streams would survive the move to 11224H. They did.
Jazz FM, yet to move, is another on 11686V, not on Freesat but with Freesat streams mapped.

ASTRA/BSkyB Diffs:
Ocean Rescue launched: "A new pop-up channel from the Sky Ocean Rescue campaign where you can watch the 2017 EU Ocean Summit live from Malta presented by Sky News' Gillian Joseph."
Seems to me, if BSkyB really cared about the oceans they would have made 'Ocean Rescue' FTA.
12461H was cleared and removed from the ASTRA NIT. Still active at present.
Ideal Extra was renamed Ideal Xmas.
