Yes we've most definitely noticed the drop off in signal on channel 52 (BBC1 etc) to the extent that we entirely lost reception of these channels. We live in a weak signal area 44 miles from Mendip Tx, due to ground topography it is the only Tx we can see. Freeview had been perfect since digital changeover until about 4 weeks ago when the problem arose. This prompted me to entirely replace our aerial set up top to bottom. New high gainantenna, new masthead amp, new cabling, better and higher antenna location.
Result, we got Channel 52 back, but it is still marginal, markedly lower signal than chan 54 which is booming in. Conclusion, something has changed at the Tx end.
