Nothing close that could cause interference. I have a surge protector (Monster Power) which handles all of the socket and has a pass through for the aerial. Tried it without that in place but no difference. First channel I can view tonight is Channel 18.

Dom,thanks for the comment. PC is upstairs and wasn't switched on at the time.
Brian, I haven't retuned for a while but having made note of the channels that are showing as "not tuned" I see they are all on MUX 1 & A. These show as having a rating of Low. What does that actually mean please? Do I need to get somebody in to check anything?

My apologies, MUX 1 should have read MUX 2. What does the rating of Low actually mean?

Now sorted. had the aerial checked and the connections were badly corroded. Signal strength through booster was high 30s, straight off the aerial low 30s. Changed aerial and signal through booster now low to mid 70s. I haven't had a signal dropped since the aerial was replaced so looks like that was the problem.

Wellingborough
I live in the Wellingborough area and it seems at the moment that every other day I lose at least the first six channels, BBC1, BBC2, ITV, C4, C5, BBC3. I have a Sony Bravia TV and Sony DVD recorder and the problem manifests on both units which would suggest it is a transmission problem.
