Thanks for a really excellent and informative website, which has helped me to research why I lost BBC4 HD reception last year. This is part of the "700MHz clearance" but in the interim they have shifted Mux COM8 to 754MHz (and this carries BBC4 HD. We've been having to watch standard definition! This problem also affects other areas, I understand.

We installed a narrow band A TV aerial less than 10 years ago, as advised for the Crystal Palace transmitter since the early days of UHF transmissions. This was still being recommended at the time of Digital switchover (we are in a poor signal aerial due to a hill so the aerial goes on top of a 3 storey house - not easy to reach.) So we can no longer receive BBC4 HD. Our only solution is invest in a wide-band aerial apparently, at high cost.

I am angry that the BBC / Freeview and others advised using a tuned Band A aerial until relatively recently. Then moved one of our favourite channels to a frequency that can't be received by the previously recommended aerial.

At the very least I would like to complain to someone. But who can I complain to? The BBC complaints web page redirects me to a different page when I say I have a reception complaint, and there is no contact or complaints page. I can't find any complaints page to use - not even on this forum. I suppose I could spend hours on the phone.
So I am posting this! I know it won't do much good, and is of little import compared to other current issues with our government in meltdown, but I still wonder where is the best place to complain to?
