I come back from three days away, having switched my television off at the switch and on switching my Panasonic Smart tv back on, cannot now get BBC1 and BBC2 on 1 and 2 - the screen says . I have done all the usual things - erasing and auto-retuning channels - but no change. I can get HD on 101 and 102, but why can't I get the channel for regional news &c? Why am I paying a licence fee for no standard service?

I have done endless manual resets and still have terrible reliability issues on 27, in other words all the BBC . There is nothing wrong with my , nor with my television a Panasonic Viera. I live at SG8 8SP and can actually see the from my house. Why am I paying a licensing fee if I'm getting such poor and how can I improve it?
