Why should I be disadvantaged because I can only receive signals from a lite relay station, and I'm in Dundee, where half to the city can only receive freeview lite!!!??

From my Dundee address with a regular aerial I can't receive the full complement of Freeview channels my parents receive in Forfar who also have a regular aerial. Does the Tayport transmitter broadcast the full complement of Freeview channels and if so will I need a new wideband aerial to receive them or does it only broadcast a limited number of Freeview channels? If it only broadcasts a limited number of channels when will it broadcast them all? Also, what other transmitter can I retune to to receive all the Freeview channels?
