From my Dundee address with a regular aerial I can't receive the full complement of Freeview channels my parents receive in Forfar who also have a regular aerial. Does the Tayport transmitter broadcast the full complement of Freeview channels and if so will I need a new wideband aerial to receive them or does it only broadcast a limited number of Freeview channels? If it only broadcasts a limited number of channels when will it broadcast them all? Also, what other transmitter can I retune to to receive all the Freeview channels?

Ewan: You can't receive the commercial multiplexes yet (until some point in 2013), and then from Craigkelly.
If you want more channels today then you will probably need to switch to Freesat, see Compare Freeview Light and Freesat TV | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice .
