Wanted to add I have tried set top aerial and communal and tried factory reset again and was scanning every day

Will get model details tomorrow had all bbc fine until 4th then I lost bbc3 but others were fine all other tv's both built in and set top boxes work fine

jb38: to be honest we try not to use the communal aerial if we can help it as its not that good. this tv has always used a set top aerial.but we have since tried the communal as we had nothing else to try but this does not help,,,

hi jb38 did you find any info for me starting to get real annoyed now still nothing tried grundig but they dont even reply

Hello all I have a grundig tv after april 4th I lost bbc3 ,tried a factory reset which did nothing. Now after the total switchover I have lost all channels, I live in sight of crystal palace towers and have never had problems getting freeview , can anyone help to make matters worse I missed the football lol
