Hi - I am located in BN16, 1sj for the last few months (before heatwave) I have been unable to get bbc4 hd and BBC news hd on my bt box its ok on Freeview TV. I can see online that changes to the crystal palacetransmitter has affected other users, have any changes been made to this transmitter that could have caused this issue?
