What can I do when my Sky Digibox says 'No Signal' or &

ok i have a
sky
hd box ive got
no signal
at all not even 1% ive tried switching it off at the
mains
ive tried taking all the leads out and putting them back in still nothing i got a light show storm outside could that be it?
