My Top-Up TV box keeps crashing - I've done a factory reset but it still keeps crashing, anyone any ideas?

W Brewis: I'm the same.
Unfortunately most commercial channels don't support Freeview+ system so the box records each programme exactly by the clock so if a programme starts early or late it won't record the whole programme and there's nowt that can be done about it.

It's on Freeview already but it's on at 0215 for about 15 mins showing trailers for C5 programmes
