I recently bought a Humax freesat box and it worked great off my old sky dish BUT I wanted CNN but this seems to be receiving no signal.Does the dish need a small realingnment or perhaps a new LNB. If so can I fix it as a complete novice?

I have just bought a Humax Freesat box. I can get 99% of Tv but radio is poor. I have the text but no picture or sound except BBC 5 live. Is the dish slightly out of line?
