As per the post before yours, bottom of p18, the transmitter was off-air on Friday for essential engineering. If you retuned when you had no signal (never recommended), it'll probably have cleared your correct tuning.
As there are currently no fault reports by the BBC, try a manual retune of UHF C35.

There've been no changes to the BBCA multiplex and not likely to be in the foreseeable future.
There's no faults currently listed for Belmont that I can find.
The transmitter was listed for Planned Engineering a couple of weeks ago but although not on this week's list we know that the lists are sometimes not accurate!
Another possibility is that there's some weather related variable Tropospheric Ducting that could be affecting your area which can cause signals from distant transmitters in Europe or the UK to travel further and cause interference to your wanted signals.
Whilst this doesn't normally persist, it can last for seconds, minutes and sometimes longer and won't affect all multiplexes (it's frequency dependant). Do NOT retune whilst you may have badly pixellated pictures or no signal as this often just clears your correct tuning. Patience is required until signals return to normal!
Other than the above, check that your coax connections behind the TV are properly connected, free from corrosion, loose wires etc. Check your aerial looks intact and is still pointing in the correct direction and that the downlead is secure and not flapping in the wind.

Ah, that's an unusual one, electrical interference from temporary traffic lights eh!
It might be work you trying to report that to the company concerned. Tell them their traffic lights were causing interference to your TV reception whilst they were there, could they please get them checked!

The red triangle ! does indicate problem associated with the Ham Street transmissions, so it isn't just you.
The BBC are reporting multiple occasions with reception problems yesterday and today. This is the result of current weather conditions (Tropospheric Ducting) which does result in interference to wanted signals.
There is nothing you can do, do NOT retune, this may clear your correct tuning. It's a case of patience until conditions change. If you have a smart TV and a reasonable internet connection, you could try using iPlayer, ITVX etc.

Warmiington will probably be getting its main signals from the Peterborough transmitter. These reports are now covering a wide area from Leamington Spa to Warmington, which I think re-enforces the view that this is a synchronisation problem, but that's just an engineering opinion. A propagation expert might be able to demonstrate that it's just one transmitter down, but there aren't reports coming from very close to individual transmitters (yet!).
As I've suggested before, phone one of the stations you listen to, tell them there's reception problems over a wide area from Leamington Spa to Warmington (at least) which are appearing on a specialist website.
Ask them if they can get their transmitter people to take a look at the problems.
