To help you with that, we are going to need a full postcode to look at the predicted reception at your location.

This looks like you may have picked up tuning from another transmitter for COM5 & PSB3/BBCB HD as the only change at Winter Hill in February was the move of the PSB1/BBCA multiplex from UHF C50 to C32, If you are having no issues with those channels in their normal LCNs in the EPG, it seems you shouldn't have an aerial issue. (Be aware that the BBCA mux is also simulcasting on its old channel C50 so that people with aerial problems have time to get it resolved before this ceases with the final changes on April 22nd. Those programmes will be found at LCNs 751 et seq. in the EPG.)
Probably the easiest way to deal with this normally is to unplug the aerial and carry out a full automatic retune which should clear all previous tuning as no channels are found. Then plug the aerial back in and repeat the retune, hopefully all channels will be restored in their normal LCNs. (For the time being you'll still find the old BBCA mux channels in LCNs 751 et seq.).
You should have no problem receiving all the main multiplexes PSBs1-3, COMs4-6, also COMs7&8 at your location. Some of the local Manchester multiplexes, you may receive with marginal variable to poor reception.
See Channel listings | Freeview for which channels are on which multiplex.
Post back and tell us if the retunes suggested resolve the problem.

Just for clarification, you don't "receive" Netflix in the same way you receive channels transmitted over the air.
Netflix is a "streamed" service that you get through your Internet connection.
If that is working OK, then you should be able to get BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub, All4 and other streaming apps installed on your Talk Talk box.
The Freeview channels transmitted "over the air" require an aerial to be plugged into the box. If you have an aerial connected and are not even able to get a screen which says "No signal" or similar when trying to view the channels 1,2, 3 etc. nor getting any of the other streamed services, then I would try a full factory reset of the box and a retune when prompted.
If all your streamed services work ok, but not the Freeview channels, you need to go to the box's Tuning section in Settings and carry out a full retune.
You should have no problem receiving signals at your location from your predicted transmitter (Black Hill), you should have excellent reception for all multiplexes.

Hi Ivan, first to say, it wasn't "our" works, this is an independent help-site. The changes are made by Arqiva who maintain the transmitters, on behalf of Freeview/DigitalUK.
The only changes at Divis was the move of the COMs 7&8 multiplexes to C55&C56 so you shouldn't have seen any other issues. There's no listed Planned Engineering at Divis this week (so we must assume there isn't anything going on).
I'm wondering that perhaps if you retuned when the transmitter didn't have all multiplexes running that you may have got tuned to another transmitter. Check in your TV's tuning section that the UHF channels for each multiplex are those as listed in the post before yours.
If you aren't sure/unable to do that, one of the easiest solutions might be to retune as follows -
Unplug the aerial and carry out a full automatic retune - this should clear all previous tuning as no channels should be found. Then plug the aerial back in and repeat the retune. Hopefully this will restore all channels correctly.
If you still have problems, post back, preferably with some detail about UHF channel, signal strength and quality for each multiplex from your TV's tuning section.

The Winter Hill retune back on 20th Feb. only moved PSB1/BBCA to C32 and COM8 to C56. So you shouldn't be having any problems with the PSB3/BBCB HD multiplex on C54. Although IIRC there may have been Planned Engineering at Winter Hill last week which may not have helped. COM7 was already on C55, and isn't due to change channel and as you have no problem with COM8, I'm surprised you can't get COM7.
The mux on C57 is one of the local ones and is predicted to give poor reception at your location.
When you say the communal Aerial has been upgraded but not gone live, I'm not sure why the reception of all the HD muxes would be affected. Do you know if the distribution is a channelised system? Maybe something isn't set correctly. The Freeview Detailed Coverage Checker indicates there shouldn't be a problem with reception of these at you location. I would check if your neighbours are having similar issues and chase the building maintenance people if you all are.

Hi, from Freeview | All your favourite TV shows, all in one place and all for free corporate/platform-management/700mhz-clearance">What is 700MHz clearance? | Freeview about 3/4 way down the page Freeview | All your favourite TV shows, all in one place and all for free corporate/platform-management/700mhz-clearance">What is 700MHz clearance? | Freeview /clearance-events-2020
There's a list of changes and dates, then further down you can select a pdf document for a given region.
However, these documents do sometimes have errors. It pays to double check the predicted reception at your location by putting postcode and house name/number in the box on Freeview | All your favourite TV shows, all in one place and all for free then on the new page scroll right down and select "Detailed view". You can see potential transmitters and multiplexes, dates of any changes, hovering over various bits gives more detail like mode & power etc.
At the top of the page you can select a Region to get details of each of the regions' transmitters, which contain a history of channels and changes but not mode & power detail.
Even those pages do have some errors now and then.
HTH.

Oxford does have Planned Engineering this week with "Possible service interruptions" which might possibly also affect the Charlbury Relay if that's where you get your signals from. If you are using the main Oxford transmitter you shouldn't have any problems normally with signals except COMs 7&8 which are predicted to be variable at your location.
If you retuned whilst there was no signal, it'll have cleared the correct tuning. So you'll need to repeat a retune when the transmitter is back on air.

I'm no expert on PVRs but no-one is going to be able to help you without knowing the Make and exact Model of your PVR.

I'm afraid that this is not the broadcaster's website (it's an independent help site). Personalty I agree with your sentiment. That said, there are links to the broadcaster's websites towards the top of this page. I noted that they have an on-line schedule there and it does state which series each of the episodes are from, unlike many TV listings or EPGs. On my set I can get programme info which often states the series and episode, whereas the EPG does not often give the same information. The EPG information is provided by the broadcasters so it may pay to contact them and pass on your comments. The more people that do this, the more likely something may change!

John, several of you get in contact with one of the bigger stations and ask them why their transmitter is on low power and can't be received in places it was previously.
