I live in SO40, receiving from the Rowridgetransmitter. At some point on Tuesday (26th August) I lost signal from all channels in COM7 and when I retuned my digibox (Panasonic DMR-BWT720) the channels were removed from the guide entirely.
I was pretty annoyed because I had a timer set to record a programme on BBC Four HD in the early hours of Wednesday morning. When I turned the box on last night, however, I found that the programme *had* recorded! If someone could explain to me how this is possible when the tuner is showing no live information from those channels *at all*, I'd be very grateful.
I'd also appreciate any advice on how to reinstate those channels because as they don't appear in the tv guide I am unable to watch them live or set any new timers.
